Reykjavík Excursions

I was a member of a team at Kolibri that was hired to enhance online traffic and sales for Reykjavík Excursions. I collaborated closely with our UX expert to develop strategies that would enable users to book trips seamlessly and visually comprehend the available content.

Our approach included updating various sections of the website, such as the navigation, Flybus and tour pages, basket, and booking process, for both desktop and mobile devices. Our goal was to make the content clearer and the booking process more intuitive for users, which would eventually boost online traffic and sales.
